Amazon's own newsroom states it in one sentence: "The first four episodes of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3 will premiere November 11, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories. The fifth and sixth episodes will be available to stream on November 18, with the final two episodes of the season releasing on November 25."
Four, then two, then two. That isn't a shape you can guess from either season before it, and it's the reason a page built by pattern-matching gets episode six wrong.

Nobody has announced a time of day, in any US zone
This is the second thing readers want and the thing trackers are loosest about. Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific are all in the same position: nothing announced for any of them, which is why the table above carries one time column rather than four.
Amazon's newsroom post gives dates and no clock, and no Amazon page cited on this piece gives one either. Where another page tells you the hour, check whether it says where the hour came from. If it does not, treat it as a description of what previous seasons did rather than as a schedule for this one.

Why this cites a newsroom post rather than a press release
For most studio schedules the press site is the document of record and the consumer newsroom is the gloss on it. Here that ordering is reversed, because Amazon MGM Studios' press site is not openly readable and aboutamazon.com is.
The newsroom post is still Amazon publishing Amazon's own schedule, which is what matters for a date. It is simply the version a reader can open and check, which is the version worth building a page on.
Season two ran five weeks. Season three runs two.
Amazon's own pages establish the outer edges of the last season and not much in between.
The newsroom says season two had eight episodes, matching season one. A separate newsroom post says season two premiered on 29 August with the finale on 3 October. Both of those 2024 dates are Thursdays, thirty-five days apart.
Here's what those pages never say: how many episodes arrived on 29 August. I fetched three separate aboutamazon.com posts about season two, including the teaser and release-date announcement, and not one of them states the launch batch size. Eight episodes spread across six Thursdays between those two dates means at least one drop had to carry more than one episode, but that's arithmetic from Amazon's two stated dates, not a claim Amazon made.
Season three is the reverse. The batch structure went out up front, in full, in a single published sentence, more than three months before the premiere. Studios don't usually do that, and it's the specific reason this schedule is worth building a page around rather than waiting to react to.
Two other differences are worth having in front of you. Season two premiered on a Thursday and season three moves to Wednesday, so any weekday habit you built in 2024 is wrong.
