Covers
  • Streaming app and smart television settings, verified against manufacturer documentation
  • US streaming release windows and distribution terms
  • Reading primary records: filings, court documents and published methodologies
Disclosures
Reelio does not accept payment for coverage. Where a screener, festival ticket or complimentary subscription is used for a piece, it is disclosed on that piece. As of August 2026 Reelio holds no press accreditation with any studio, distributor or streaming service, and none of its coverage is based on pre-release access.

Teja Pagidimarri founded Reelio in 2026 and edits it. The site publishes practical guides to watching film and television at home, and it exists because of a specific gap: the outlets that publish an episode schedule or a menu path almost never come back to check whether it is still right. Reelio treats that maintenance as the product rather than as an afterthought.

The work is verification rather than reporting. Menu paths are read off the manufacturer's or the service's own support documentation instead of being copied from other guides, which is how a renamed setting outlives the screen it describes. Release dates are checked against the platform, and where nothing has been announced the article says so rather than publishing an estimate. The pieces in Explained are built from primary records: published methodologies, contract terms, court and agency documents.

Reelio does not publish reviews, ratings or scoops. It has no studio relationships and no embargo list. What it offers instead is work that is checkable: where a piece rests on a document it cites the document, it states plainly what the record does not establish, and it carries the date it was last verified.
